HBA of Central New Mexico Insurance Program
Western Pacific and The Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico is proud to offer stable commercial insurance options for its members. Through this program, HBA of Central New Mexico members can receive SEVERAL highly competitive General Liability insurance options with premium credits available. Its intent is to promote insurance competition for members, assist the HBACNM in developing a long term, stable insurance program, and generate non-dues revenue for the HBA. Also available to members is Builder’s Risk Insurance, Pollution Liability, Professional Liability, and Vacant Property Insurance.

Western Pacific Insurance and the HBA of Colorado Springs have partnered up to provide General Liability Insurance OPTIONS for HBA members. This program povides trustworthy "A" rated and higher dependability, broad coverage options, and competitive rates. Additionally, the program provides premium credits for members and generates revenue to support the HBA of Colorado Springs. Some of the program's key coverage features include:
