Vacant Property Insurance
Western Pacific's Vacant Property program is targeted for vacant or rental property no longer covered under a Builders Risk policy, or to replace the extended coverage from a Builders Risk policy upon completion of the dwelling or building. In many instances, our program may be more cost effective than purchasing extension coverage under a Builders Risk policy! Most banks require coverage be extended or provided, and builders or owners need to make sure they are adequately protected for all hazards, including liability exposures.
